Peter Strub is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Institute of Geological Sciences within the Department of Earth Sciences at Freie Universität Berlin. He is currently leading ESA-funded research on dust modeling in the Saturnian system from his office in Building D (Room D-222), Malteserstr. 74-100, Berlin.
His research focuses on Planetary Science and Remote Sensing, with specialized expertise in atmospheric dust dynamics within planetary systems. Current work centers on developing computational models for dust behavior in Saturn's environment, contributing to broader understanding of planetary formation processes and exoplanetary system analogs.
As part of the Planetary Sciences and Remote Sensing working group, Dr. Strub collaborates on international space research initiatives. His primary funding source is the European Space Agency project "Dust Model for the Satunian System," which represents significant institutional investment in planetary environment modeling capabilities.
