Peter Schreier is a Professor at Paderborn University, affiliated with the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematics and the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology. He leads the Signal & System Theory (SST) group, focusing on theoretical and applied aspects of signal processing and systems analysis.
- Research Interests: Advanced signal processing techniques, stochastic systems modeling, information theory, and their applications in communications and engineering.
- Teaching Activities: Currently teaches courses such as Stochastik für Ingenieure (Statistics for Engineers), Signaltheorie (Signal Theory), Signal Processing I, and Proseminar/Projektseminar Signalverarbeitung (Proseminar/Project Seminar on Signal Processing).
