Prof. Dr. Peter Schleper is a leading figure in particle physics at the University of Hamburg, affiliated with the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Natural Sciences and the Department of Physics. His research focuses on probing the Standard Model at the highest energies through the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) Experiment at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC), where he investigates Higgs physics, top quark mass measurements, and Supersymmetry using advanced machine learning techniques.
