Dr. Peter Rogers is a Professor at the School of Construction and Design, University of Southern Mississippi. He holds a PhD in Water Resource Planning and Management (2006) from Colorado State University, an MS in Applied Mechanics (1995), and a BS (1991) from Colorado School of Mines. Prior roles include work at Georgia Southern University, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Institute for Water Resources, and USAID-Honduras water reconstruction programs in Latin America.
