Professor Peter Rodgers is the Professor of Strategy and International Management and Head of HRM/OB Department at Southampton Business School, University of Southampton. He also serves as Director of the Southampton MBA Programme and actively supervises PhD students in business transformation and migrant entrepreneurship.
- Education: BA (Hons) in Social and Political Sciences from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge; MA and PhD from Centre for Russian and East European Studies, University of Birmingham
His research focuses on informality within state-business relations, non-market strategies, and transnational migrant business. He has published extensively in journals like Journal of World Business, Work, Employment and Society, and Entrepreneurship and Regional Development. Key trends from his recent publications include:
