Peter Quirós

Dr. Peter Quirós is a Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), affiliated with the David Geffen School of Medicine and UCLA Stein Eye Institute. He directs the Neuro-Ophthalmology Fellowship Program, oversees UCLA’s Neuro-Ophthalmology Clinical Trials, serves as President-elect of the North American Neuro-Ophthalmology Society (NANOS), and is a member of the Neuro-Ophthalmology Research Disease Investigators Consortium (NORDIC).

As a dedicated medical educator and LGBTQ+ health advocate, he directs the Foundations of Medical Science curriculum at UCLA.
