Peter Neri

Peter Neri is a CNRS Director of Research affiliated with the Laboratoire des Systèmes Perceptifs in Paris, France. He lectures in the Master’s program of Cognitive Sciences at École Normale Supérieure (ENS), EHESS, and Universités Paris 5 and 6. His research integrates experimental and computational approaches to study sensory signal processing in neural systems.

Education:

Research Interests:

• Understanding sensory processing through physiologically plausible neural models
• Focus on visual and auditory phenomena across species (flies to humans)
• Integration of empirical experiments with computational modeling
