Peter Kort

Peter Kort is a Full Professor at Tilburg University, specializing in dynamic firm behavior, investment under uncertainty, and industrial organization. His work examines how competition and uncertainty shape corporate investment decisions using real options theory. He supervises multiple PhD students and collaborates internationally.

Kort earned his Ph.D. in Mathematics and serves as guest professor at the University of Antwerp. His current projects analyze capacity investment, green technology adoption, and cooperative game theory in resource allocation. He received an NWO Grant in 1997.
