Peter HO

Peter HO is a Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS), affiliated with the Organic Nano Device Laboratory (ONDL). He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge (1999) and focuses on the physics and technology of organic semiconductor devices.

• Current Research: Physics and technology of organic semiconductor devices including light-emitting diodes, field-effect transistors, and solar cells.
• Key Research Areas: Doped polymer semiconductors, charge carrier dynamics, contact engineering, and photovoltaic device modeling.

His work explores fundamental interactions in organic materials, such as Madelung and Hubbard effects in polaron band models, interface engineering for ohmic contacts, and photocrosslinking techniques for high-performance heterostructures.
