Peter Dobers is a Professor of Business Studies at Södertörn University, where he has served as Head of the Department of Journalism and Program Director for the 2-year Master's program LeadSustain since 2022. Previously, he held professorial roles at Mälardalen University (2005–2015) and was a lecturer at KTH Royal Institute of Technology (2000–2005). He is also an Associate Professor at the University of Gothenburg. His leadership roles include Dean of the Faculty Board at Södertörn University (2016–2022), Vice Dean at Mälardalen University (2007–2010), and chair of various academic evaluation committees.
Education and Academic Background: Dobers earned his PhD in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg in 1997, with a thesis on organizational strategies for environmental control.
