Peter D. Newell is an Associate Professor and Department Associate Chair in the Department of Biological Sciences at the State University of New York at Oswego. He holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and a B.A. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Middlebury College.
