Professor Peter Case is a Professor of Organization Studies at the University of the West of England, affiliated with the Department of FBL - Law. His work spans interdisciplinary collaborations with institutions such as James Cook University, University of California San Francisco, University of Pretoria, University of Exeter, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, and Stanford University.

His research focuses on organization theory and philosophy, leadership studies, and global health, with applications in rural and international development. He co-developed the LEAD (Leadership and Engagement for Improved Accountability and Delivery of Services) framework, widely used in BMGF-funded malaria elimination projects in Africa and the Greater Mekong Sub-region, as well as in HIV prevention services in Zimbabwe.
Current projects include UK Medical Research Council/FCDO-funded OPTiMIX (malaria vaccines), where he provides training via UWE’s Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice in Change Leadership (PPCL). He has led rural development initiatives in Southeast Asia funded by ACIAR.

Professor Case is founding Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Tropical Futures (SAGE) and serves on editorial boards of Leadership, Culture & Organization, Journal of Change Management, and others.
