Peter Britos, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor and Program Chair of Cinematic Multimedia Arts at Hawaiʻi Pacific University (HPU). He teaches courses in Global Cinema, Media Studies, Screenwriting, and Visual Arts. His academic roles include faculty positions at HPU, University of Hawaiʻi (UH), UCSB, and USC, alongside leadership in departments like UH's Academy for Creative Media.
