Peter Alter

Peter Alter is a Professor of Special Education and current Chair (2024-2027) of the Teacher Education Department at Saint Mary's College of California's Kalmanovitz School of Education. With a Ph.D. from the University of Florida, he has been affiliated with the institution since 2011. His work focuses on improving instruction for diverse learners through evidence-based practices.
