Pete Fullerton

Pete "D.S." Fullerton is an Affiliate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. With a career spanning academia, managed care, and pharmaceutical innovation, he has held leadership roles such as Dean of Pharmacy at the University of Utah and Associate Vice President/Professor of Pharmacy at Oregon State University.
