Prof. Pete Burnap is Professor of Data Science & Cybersecurity at Cardiff University, where he directs the Cardiff Centre for Cyber Security Research (ACE-CSR) and the Wales Cyber Innovation Hub. His research develops AI-driven cybersecurity solutions combining machine learning with threat intelligence.
Key research areas include: malware behavior prediction; adversarial AI; industrial control system security; cyber-physical system protection; and real-time attack mitigation.
