Pekka Mäkelä is a Research Coordinator and Vice-Director at the Helsinki Institute for Social Sciences and Humanities (HSSH), University of Helsinki. He holds a permanent position in the Department of Social and Moral Philosophy, Faculty of Social Sciences, and has led major projects like Robophilosophy, AI ethics, and Trust research.
