Pedro Carneiro is a Reader (Associate Professor) in the Department of Economics at University College London. He is also a Research Economist at the Centre of Microdata Methods and Practice (CEMAPRE) and a Research Fellow at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS). His work focuses on labor economics and skill formation, examining how early-life factors influence human capital development across countries.
- Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago (supervised by James Heckman)
