معرفی
Paweł Szczerbiak is a Postdoctoral Researcher in dr Tomasz Kościółek’s group at Sano, focusing on computational methods for protein structure and function prediction. His prior role (2019–2023) was at the Structural and Functional Genomics lab at Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology. He holds a BSc in computational & medical physics from Lodz University of Technology (2011), followed by MSc (2013) and PhD (2018) degrees in theoretical physics from the University of Warsaw, with research on dark matter in particle physics extensions.
Research interests include leveraging mathematical and machine learning techniques in science, particularly in structural genomics and functional prediction. He previously secured a National Science Center grant (2016–2018) for work on dark matter models. No academic awards or student advisees are explicitly listed.
Past work combined cosmology and particle physics, while current efforts emphasize computational biology. No affiliated labs/teams beyond stated groups are mentioned.
