Pavlo Antonenko is an Associate Professor of Educational Technology at the University of Florida's School of Teaching and Learning, and Director of the NeurAL Lab. His work focuses on technology integration in education, particularly AI and cybersecurity literacy.
Research Interests: He develops educational technologies for scaffolding learning, with emphasis on AI literacy in K-12 education and cybersecurity education for underrepresented groups. His Shark AI curriculum uses fossil teeth and computer vision to teach paleontology and AI concepts, while the CryptoComics program introduces elementary girls to cybersecurity through narrative-based learning.
