Dr. Pavel Cherescu is a full-time Lecturer and Administrator at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology, University of Oradea. He holds a Doctorate in Theology (1999) and a Licentiate (1979) from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu's Andrei Şaguna Faculty of Theology, specializing in Church History.
His research examines the Romanian Orthodox Church through interdisciplinary lenses:
