Paulo Eira

Paulo Eira is an Assistant Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, with a focus on Sports Science and Health Sciences. He holds a PhD (2014), Master's in Sports Science (2004), and a Master's in Physical Education Teaching (2010), alongside a Bachelor's in Physical Education Teaching (1997). He is affiliated with the Department of Sports Sciences and Motricity within the School of Education.
