Paulo Blikstein is an Assistant Professor at Stanford University’s School of Education and holds a courtesy appointment in the Department of Computer Science. He directs the Transformative Learning Technologies Lab (TLTL) and the Lemann Center for Brazilian Education. His research focuses on expressive technologies for learning, particularly for underprivileged populations, emphasizing constructionist learning environments through robotics, computational modeling, and rapid prototyping. Blikstein holds a PhD from Northwestern University, an MSc from MIT Media Lab, and degrees from the University of São Paulo.
