Paulina Legutko-Kobus

Dr. Paulina Legutko-Kobus is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Public Policy, Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). She holds a PhD in Economics from the Catholic University of Lublin and serves as the Scientific Secretary of the Committee for Spatial Development of the Polish Academy of Sciences since 2015. A member of the Polish Association of Economists of the Environment and Natural Resources since 2006, her work bridges academia and practice through training for local government units and expertise in developing strategic documents.

Research Interests: Strategic regional/local development, heritage management, sustainable development, Smart City 3.0, social participation, and stakeholder engagement methods. She has authored/co-authored over 60 publications since 2007, including articles and monograph chapters.
