Paula Sánchez Thevenet

Paula Sánchez Thevenet serves as Full Professor in the Department of Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Health Sciences, CEU Cardenal Herrera University (UCHCEU), Spain. She concurrently leads the Health Outcomes Research Group (GIRS/CEU) and holds critical institutional roles including Head of Research at the Castellón campus and member of the Committee for Research with Human Subjects.

Research Focus: Dr. Sánchez Thevenet's pioneering work centers on parasitic zoonoses and health outcomes research (HOR), with specialized expertise in hydatidosis vaccine development (EG95) and tropical disease control. Her research bridges laboratory science and public health implementation through collaborations with Spain's Instituto de Salud Carlos III (ISCIII) and Argentine institutions.
