Paula Sprondel

Paula Sprondel is a Doctoral Researcher at the Leibniz Institute of Agricultural Development in the Global North (IAMO) in the Department of Agricultural Policy. Her research focuses on analyzing trade-offs between competing policy objectives and their theoretical and empirical impacts on agricultural growth.

She is part of the DFG-funded research project TRILEMMA and has previously worked as a student assistant at IAMO from February 2023 to March 2025. Her work bridges agricultural policy analysis with institutional and regulatory framework design.
