Paula Kaldis is an Assistant Dean of Students and Professor of Law at Massachusetts School of Law, where she plays a key role in academic administration and legal education. She teaches a range of courses including Writing & Legal Advocacy, Juvenile Law, Family Law Advocacy, and directs the Research and Writing program. She is also actively involved in clinical education through the Juvenile Law Clinic and Family Law Clinic.
Her research and teaching interests focus on legal writing, clinical pedagogy, juvenile and family law, and collaborative justice. She is committed to student support and diversity, serving as advisor to the Diversity Alliance (GLBTQ). Her work emphasizes practical legal skills, advocacy, and inclusive legal education.
Paula Kaldis earned her B.A. in English and Secondary Education, magna cum laude, from the University of Lowell, and her J.D. from New England School of Law. Prior to joining the full-time faculty, she practiced law in Lowell, bringing real-world experience into the classroom.
She holds leadership roles in academic programming and student development, contributing significantly to curriculum design and student mentorship. Her administrative duties include overseeing the legal writing curriculum and supporting student well-being and inclusion.
The Massachusetts School of Law provides a supportive environment for her interdisciplinary work in legal education, clinical training, and advocacy. She contributes to institutional initiatives in wellness, accommodations, and professional skills development.
