Paula K. Shireman

Dr. Paula K. Shireman is a Professor and Executive Associate Dean at the Texas A&M College of Medicine, leading initiatives in healthcare policy and translational research. Her work focuses on predictive modeling, social determinants of health, and frailty assessment to improve surgical outcomes and healthcare equity. She holds an MD from Indiana University, an MS in Clinical Investigation from UT Health San Antonio, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
