Paula Del Val Talens is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mercantile Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitat de València. She is affiliated with the DERSOCOM research group, focusing on Comparative Company Law.
Her research interests include Commercial Law, Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Comparative Law, grounded in her academic training and doctoral work.
She completed her PhD at the Universitat de València in 2017 with a thesis on legal entities as company administrators, supervised by Dr. José Miguel Embid Irujo.
