Professor Paul Scuffham is a globally recognized health economist at Griffith University’s School of MDP - Clinical Medicine. He has led groundbreaking research in cost-benefit analysis, economic evaluation of healthcare interventions, and health policy translation, with over 450 peer-reviewed publications and 17,500 citations. As founding Director of the Centre for Applied Health Economics (2008–2019) and former Director of the Menzies Health Institute Queensland (2018–2024), he has shaped research agendas across comorbid conditions, telehealth, and priority setting.
