Paul Lukowicz is a Professor of Computer Science at the Rhineland-Palatinate University of Technology Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU) and Scientific Director at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Kaiserslautern. He leads the Embedded Intelligence Research Department at DFKI and has been instrumental in establishing the DFKI SmartCity Living Lab since 2014.
