Paul Lim

Paul Lim is Senior Lecturer of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resources and Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. Holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management (2015), Executive MBA from Helsinki School of Economics (2009), and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto (2002).

Research examines resilience development, career progression strategies, mentoring frameworks, and leadership across generational cohorts in organizational settings.

Teaching honors include multiple dean's list recognitions and teaching award nominations:
