Paul Krugman

Paul Krugman is a Distinguished Professor of Economics at the CUNY Graduate Center and a Senior Scholar at the Stone Center on Socio-Economic Inequality. He holds a core faculty position there and is a LIS senior scholar. Previously, he taught at MIT, Stanford, and Princeton University. Krugman's work focuses on macroeconomics, globalization, trade, labor markets, and economic policy. His research has earned him prestigious awards, including the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences (2008), the Prince of Asturias Award (2004), and the John Bates Clark Medal (1991).
