Paul Juliano

Dr. Paul Juliano is a Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation at Penn State University College of Medicine and serves as Chief of the Division of Foot and Ankle at the Penn State Bone and Joint Institute. He is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon with expertise in foot and ankle surgery and fellowship training in trauma.

Additionally, he is a retired Captain in the United States Navy Reserve Medical Corps and serves as program director for both the Orthopaedic Residency and the Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.
