Paul-Henri RICHARD is a Doctor and Research Engineer at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), specializing in crisis management and global security. He serves as Facilitator and Administrator of the Crisis Management Chair, a partnership between UTT and the National School of Firefighters (ENSSP) operational until 2027. His roles include developing industrial partnerships, organizing multi-year research programs, and managing educational initiatives like the Master's in Global Security Engineering and Management. Key projects include the ANR IMPLIC initiative (2019-2021), focusing on population initiatives in crisis zones, and the PePIT project assisting local officials in crisis preparation.
