Paul Ha

Dr. Paul Ha is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Connecticut Transportation Safety Research Center (CTSRC) within the Connecticut Transportation Institute (CTI) at the University of Connecticut. He joined in 2023 after earning his Ph.D. from Purdue University, where his dissertation focused on enhancing traffic efficiency in mixed traffic using machine learning and optimization techniques.
