Master Sergeant Paul Curry serves as the Senior Military Science Instructor for the Army ROTC program within the AddRan College of Liberal Arts at Texas Christian University (TCU), joining in June 2024 after a distinguished 17-year U.S. Army career featuring multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Europe. His instructional role focuses on developing future military leaders through practical application of combat-tested leadership principles.
His military education includes:
- Infantry One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Benning, Georgia
- Ranger School
- Air Assault School
MSG Curry's expertise centers on Military Science with research interests spanning Leadership Development, Combat Operations, Infantry Tactics, and Security Force Assistance. His instruction integrates real-world experience from frontline combat roles and senior leadership positions, emphasizing tactical decision-making under pressure and cross-cultural military advising.

As Senior Military Instructor, MSG Curry mentors ROTC cadets through curriculum development and field training, preparing them for commissioning as Army officers. Throughout his service, he commanded diverse teams including Angle Company (1/66th Infantry), 3rd Battalion 187th Infantry Regiment 'Rakkasans', and the 2nd Battalion 237th Infantry Regiment 'No Slack', leading deployments that countered insurgent threats and deterred Russian aggression in Europe.
