Paul Acito

Paul Acito is an Adjunct Professor at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, St. Catherine University, and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

With over four decades of global leadership experience, Acito has held executive roles at 3M and Medtronic, including President of 3M’s Personal Safety, Traffic Safety, Aerospace, and Infrastructure Protection divisions, and Chief Marketing Officer for Medtronic’s Diabetes Business Group. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, holds ten patents, and actively supports safety and AI startups.

Acito serves on the boards of the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota, Penumbra Theatre, and Center for Racial Healing. He has been on Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business Global Dean’s Council for over a decade and judges the annual MN Cup emerging entrepreneur competition at Carlson School.
