Patryk Sapa is a researcher in the Department of Law at Stockholm University. He is currently pursuing a comparative dissertation project on contracts contrary to law and morality (pactum turpe), analyzing Polish, Spanish, and Swedish contract law systems. His work focuses on identifying legal formants and cryptotypes influencing judicial applications.
