Patrycja Stawiarska

Dr. Patrycja Stawiarska is a psychologist affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology in Katowice and the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. She works within the Center for Excellence and Innovation in Teaching and focuses on health psychology and human functioning under occupational stress.

Her research explores burnout syndrome, health risks, and the salutogenic approach, emphasizing prevention and quality of life in modern contexts. She has authored over a dozen scientific articles and two monographs: "Social Volunteering: An Interdisciplinary Perspective" and "Burnout in the Face of the Challenges of the Modern World".
