Patrycja Dworczak

Patrycja Dworczak is a postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Paleoenvironment within the GeoCenter Northern Bavaria at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU). She holds an MSc in Geology (2016) and BSc in Geology (2014) from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland, and is currently completing her PhD in Earth Sciences at the same institution.

• Research Focus: Late Devonian paleoenvironmental changes, Moroccan heterocorals, bioerosion in early vertebrates, and Late Devonian biostratigraphy
• Key Article Trends: Her publications examine Devonian reef ecosystems in Morocco, placoderm evolution in Poland, and mineralogical changes in weathered deposits.

Grants: Recipient of a National Science Center (Poland) grant (2018–2021) for reconstructing the Upper Devonian Tafilalt carbonate platform in Morocco.
