Patrik Widrig is a Professor of Dance Performance and Scholarship at the University of Maryland (since 2009), co-artistic director of PEARSONWIDRIG DANCETHEATER (PWDT) since 1987, and a globally recognized choreographer specializing in dance theater. His work blends humor, intimacy, and subversion, performed in venues like Lincoln Center, Kennedy Center, and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
