Patrick Turner is an Associate Research Professor in the Wilson Sheehan Lab for Economic Opportunities (LEO) within the Department of Economics at the University of Notre Dame. His research focuses on labor and development economics, examining how public policies interact with labor markets. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder (2018) and a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Louis University (2009).
