Patrick Seifert

Dr. Patrick Seifert is a Researcher at the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS) in Leipzig, Germany, working in the Department of Remote Sensing of Atmospheric Processes within the Ground-Based Remote Sensing Group. He has maintained continuous employment at TROPOS since completing his doctorate in 2010 and concurrently teaches specialized cloud radar topics at the Meteorological Institute of the University of Leipzig.

He has significantly contributed to Cloudnet data processing frameworks that generate continuous datasets characterizing aerosol and cloud microphysical properties.
