Patrick Kreiser is a Professor of Entrepreneurship at the University of Wyoming's College of Business, Department of Management & Marketing. His academic foundation includes a Ph.D. and M.B.A. from The University of Alabama and a B.A. from John Carroll University.

Professor Kreiser's research centers on entrepreneurial orientation, corporate entrepreneurship, and strategic management. His work examines how organizational culture, national context, and network structures influence entrepreneurial behavior in SMEs and corporations. He has developed refined measurement approaches for entrepreneurial orientation and investigates nonlinear relationships between EO dimensions and firm performance.
His publication portfolio reveals strong trends in cross-cultural entrepreneurship studies, strategic renewal processes, and the psychometric validation of EO constructs.
