Patrick J. Wolf serves as Professor of Education Policy and the 21st Century Endowed Chair in School Choice at the University of Arkansas within the Department of Education Reform, where he recently held the position of Interim Head. His academic foundation includes a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, and advanced degrees from Harvard University.
