Patrick G. Bridges

Patrick G. Bridges is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of New Mexico, where he also serves as the Director of the Center for Advanced Research Computing. He is based in the Farris Engineering Center and is actively engaged in research and leadership in high-performance computing systems.

His research focuses on system software for large-scale computing environments, with core interests in operating systems, network protocols, virtualization, and fault tolerance. His work has a strong emphasis on next-generation high-speed computing systems, supported by his role as Principal Investigator of an NNSA PSAAP-III center.
