Patricia M. Herman

Patricia M. Herman is a Senior Behavioral and Social Scientist at the RAND Corporation and a Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. She co-directs the RAND REACH Center, focusing on complementary and integrative health. Her research spans health economics, innovative care models, and chronic pain management, with a focus on cost-effectiveness analyses for therapies like yoga and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
