Dr. Patricia Kelly is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the School of Divinity, University of St Andrews. Her research focuses on ressourcement theology, the twelfth-century renaissance, and the French Church of the long nineteenth century. She co-edited Mandonnet: Dante the Theologian (2025) and authored Ressourcement Theology: A Sourcebook (2020). Kelly holds a PhD from Durham University (2016) and previously served as Senior Lecturer in Catholic Studies at Leeds Trinity University (2013–2019). She contributed to theological education through programs like the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies and has held roles such as Secretary to the Catholic Theological Association of Great Britain (2018–2024). Her work includes translation projects and editorial contributions to journals like the International Journal for the Study of the Christian Church.

Professional Activities: As co-investigator on the 'Mandonnet: Dante the Theologian' project (Brepols), she explores theological interpretations of Dante. Her translation work includes French theological texts, and she has served as an external examiner for multiple theological institutions.
