Patricia Franzreb

Patricia Franzreb is a Professor at the Faculty of Information Management, Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences. She serves as Head of the Innovation Space and Head of the Centre for Media & User Experience, and acts as Deputy Women's Representative for the Department of Information Management.

Her research focuses on User Experience Design, Design Thinking, and Innovation Management. She developed the Creative Methods Card Set—a practical toolkit of 64 human-centered design methods for product/service innovation and digitalization, rigorously tested in academic and industry settings since 2018.

Professor Franzreb leads applied research through the Innovation Space and Centre for Media & User Experience, emphasizing hands-on creativity and collaborative workshops. The Creative Methods Card Set, available via cards@hnu.de, exemplifies her commitment to bridging design theory with real-world application in product development and optimization.
